Good Merseyside derby.

Liverpool blew a 0-2 lead at Goodison but only a ref error in injury time (Suarez was not offside) prevented us from getting all 3 points.

Neverton were favourites and at home, and while they will feel lucky they got away with a point...they will feel they should have beaten us considering their form and ours, plus the inexperienced line-up we had.

No red cards for a change though...

Agreed. That incorrect offside call at the end was one of the worst Ive ever seen. The linesman completely bottled it.

Nothing new, if you ask me. >:(

I see the heir apparent to Webb made an appearance at Stamford Bridge too....old whiskey-nose must be so proud :spin

How's Chelski putting in official complaint against the Ref for swearing.

A more pathetic bunch of hypotrical scumbags you'd struggle to find.

What's the difference between Essendon and Liverpool ? Answer= None.

Both have players who dive then whinge when they dont get a free/foul given to them, when both get a few wins on the board they announce to the world how good they are and that the title is just a formality, when things go wrong they look to excuses as to why they are under performing and look to blame everyone else and ignore what everybody else can see and that their lists are just not that good.

Reality is they are just middle of the road teams in their respective comps ans thats all they ever will be.

And yes i barrack for Richmond and Everton.

Why are we hypocrites?

BTW, there was some ferkin terrible decisions in that game, particularly the Torres sending off. Why shouldn't we ark up? You could bet old whisky beak would've if the situation was reversed.

The allegations that the ref made racist comments are hilarious given John Terry's recent history

True, but he's good entertainment.

Had to love the run and dive in front of Moyes after Moyes bagged him as a "diver" prior to the match :clap

Up there with one of the great goal celebrations....Fowler 'line' sniffing in front of the Everton fans and Bellamy teeing off at the Nou Camp :)

JT amazingly was the FA's chosen leader of the 'ref respect' campaign a few years back, despite being the worst IMO - along with Drogba and Chelsea; Ferdinand and Man U close second - at crowding and abusing the ref. Very recently had players... JT again.. it's always JT isn't it? done for racial abuse yet was backed-up with the allegation refuted by the honorable A-Hole whose has also just been done for abuse.

This reputable bunch have put in an offiicial complaint against the ref. The allegation is that Calttenburg racially abused Mikel and Mata. If guilty he will swing but I bet its garbage; ref is miked up so they will have it if he did.

Ol Red Nose and Arsene can sook with the best of them but an offical complaint.... coming from these honorable souls--- any chance its fury at a ref due to some ropey send offs?

Anyway, how's my man Torres going? Haven't seen too much of him lately.

Lol.

Was disgusted that this ref could officiate in such a bad way! Deserves serious suspensions.

How such a blatant offside goal could be allows is an outrage. That linesman needs to be dealt with also!

Arsenal struggling.Nowhere near the top 3 & have a tough job to 'best of the rest' at season end but that's long(er) term. Short term priority is to avoid defeat at Schalke.

Championship news - Good get by Palace to nab Holloway from Blackpool as their new boss - has plenty to work with.Mick McCarthy back in business taking over from Paul Jewell at Ipswich.
Blackburn finally appointed a new manager, former mid 1990's player,Henning Berg.
