I haven't watched the game, I just listened to Rex Hunt pull out what was left of his hair on 3AW. Inept, incompetent, inconsistent woeful, failure, won't, don't, can't, shouldn't, missed his target, threw the ball, gave away an easy 50 metre penalty, no tackling, no backing up, no getting into space, too slow etc etc, what more needs to be said about the way this team is approaching its football.

First things first. IMHO Troy Simmonds, Nathan Brown, Nathan Foley, Brett Delidio, drop all them back to Coburg. Simmonds woeful, Brown even though he kicked a couple of goals woeful, Foley has lost it so too Delidio, Tuck is not far behind them. McMahon is just bloody useless, back to Coburg for bloody good. Matthew White should be sent back to Coburg as well, his turnovers were just unbelieveable. If that means next week, we play 6 new players up from Coburg and the Rookie List so be it. Let the ones that are dropped stew and think about what they've done. They should be clearly told that they are now officially playing for their playing careers.

As for the Coach well, I'll leave that to others, but you could have GOD coaching this team and he'd get nowhere with them either.

Training this week, the entire playing group DOES NOT WEAR Richmond colours, they can wear PLAIN WHITE T SHIRTS AND SHORTS. The players should all cop a dressing down by the coaching staff in front of each other. No if's but's, not my fault the ball bounced the other way, the umpire couldn't see etc etc for excuses, stiff, get the individual players angry at their own failures, then use that anger to turn it around into positive motion by working it out on the track. Not one Player is to wear the clubs training colours until that player has successfully completed a training drill correctly at least 3 times in a row as set down by the coaching staff. Throw in a couple of unscheduled training drills, say 10pm or 4am, for practising kicking/handball/tackling etc followed by a nice easy run around the tan. Any chatter cops the entire player group extra situps and pushup's, peer pressure will follow and the player at fault will feel the heat, nothing needs to be said.

NO MEDIA INTERVIEWS OR MEDIA WORK by the Richmond Players or Coaching Staff.
Stiff bloody chedder, Nathan Brown can get off his overpaid backside and start to earn the money this club is paying him. If he can't do it, its Coburg and delisted at years end. Ditto anyone else who thinks the media is more important than the club.

Gary March as Club President can handle the media, should be a piece of *smile* "NO COMMENT", the media can go and stew. Any leaking should be dealt with if its by a staff member with the sack, if its a player the maximum fine available to the club for disobeying club directives.

Can the Tigers turn it around, yes they can, but they need to start working damn hard on it and the above is one hard way of doing it. Nowhere near as hard as I'd like to do them but you need off season time to do what I think needs to be done at RFC and the playing group.

Clearly, they should all be sent to Afghanistan for the week.

There is no way in hell that I'd want anyone of the Richmond playing list watching my back in Afghanistan.

Besides which sport is banned by the Taliban, you play sport, you got hung or shot by them for doing so.

The older guys are letting us down moreso than the younger ones.

Brown is a shadow of his former self, Simmonds didn't win a ruck contest all day, and Tuck never chases with 100% effort.

Foley tries hard but he's got no support.

Even Deledio plays at 50% effort... its just not good enough.

Another good post. I like your idea of not wearing the Richmond colours. Think we've found a job for you Mas.

Just got home. We are insipid, useless, gutless. Wallace has to go and he can take half the bloody duds in the team. The players arent playing for Terry and we need change

Unless some performances of the so called stars improve over the course of this year, there should be serious consideration to some high profile retirements and trades.

They do not deserve to wear the Yellow and Black!

But we wont see any change because there is no credibility in anyone at Richmond and thats whyw e are a laughing stock, a rabble, a toothless bunch of duds offering plenty but giving nothing and taking heaps.

Richmond you are nothing but a pathetic bunch of tossers with no respect for the club!

The team should eat sleep and shower together everyday this week!

A team training camp should be undertaken. We have just sunk as low as we could get. Its time to pull the entire group together, get the entire teams focus on next saturday nite. I dont care abt friends, family, media commitments. This is a crisis for their profession. They get paid big $$$, so stiff if they dont like it. Any1 not attending should not be considered for senior or coburg selection for 3 weeks. Coburg reserves it is. They are the only ppl that can get them back on track. They have the talent, they are not showing it at the moment, but we have all seen it! Its there! We have a better playing list than what is being shown out there at the moment. Blame who u like, but THEY are all in it together! SIMPLE AS THAT!

How can our players dish up this drivel and yet still be allowed to persue extra curricular activities. Brown flaunting second rate T shirts on Thursday night. & Lids has not been the same since that pathetic 8 week rexona add. All I can say is that we were to put up performances like that at our chosen careers we would be all at centrelink PDQ
