have a look at all clubs they have their fair percentage of late picks psd rookie picks and you the good clubs have used all three as an extension of the nd. when are supporters of this club and more importantly the club itself ever going to consider every pick important. every pick we have is a potential solid ten yr player this has to be the attitude or we may as well give up right now,
i tried to think of 0ne good late pick currently on a teams list taken late in the nd it was easy. johncock, 5th round.bradshaw 4th rnd.b fisher late. swan 58. essendon well i couldnt think of a late pick or find onebut they have plenty of rookies so i suppose they fit your theory.crowley .egan. bateman i could go on but cant be bothered. late picks psd rookies are mainly used when targeting deficienies in the list. you do turn plenty over but they are ALL CHEAP. the only downside to late picks is you have to give them 2 yrs but for christ sakes you wouldnt draft em in the first place if you thought they wouldnt last 2 yrs.
