Extension of contract for Walla$e...?

What does Walla$e need to do to get an extension of his coaching contract?

We still can't play run and gun for more than a quarter, maybe that will come with experience, maybe it doesn't work for 4 quarters in modern football.

So sticking Richo on the last line of defence in the last quarter is Terry rock solid plan for the 2011 premiership?

The point about other clubs looking for coaches at the end of 09 is well made. I also think that financial considerations aside, if Terry isn't the one to take us forward then there is no time like the present ie the end of this season, to move on.

Finance IS the issue so come seasons end what about offering Terry a two year contract on his present money to repace Miller as GM football and then offering Terry's job to Nathan Buckley.

I luv this fella, Freo deserve him ;D

Harvey was nice and smug living life under the masters skirt. As soon as he had to stand on his own 2 feet, he's true colours have come out. Forget about coaching again, this dud will be found lounging around the Moonee Valley tabaret again soon with the remaining cast members of underbelly.

2009 will be a huge year for Wallace depending on who we let go and bring in.

If the way we currently play are his actual game plans, then he needs to revise it and learn from better teams otherwise the same results again next year.

IMO, I don't think he'll improve going by the output shown in 3.5 years and also from W Bulldogs supporters criticisms.

Whats in this for Wallace to agree? Given he has never shown any inclination to management, its better for him (personally) to be sacked, paid out, and return to the media.

Terry could help his own cause by telling people exactly what this 'plan' of his is, because although we had a win today, it looked pretty much like exactly what he's been doing for the last 3 1/2 seasons. Only the names have changed.

Yep, GM of football or media, media or GM of football. I think we know which one it would be.

It is quite simple.

Make the finals this year - or get rid of him and let Kingy have a crack. Mr Plough has had plenty of time, plenty of excuses.

The problem is Terry does not have a plan.

Terry has NFI, that is why we are the same as we where 3 1/2 seasons ago.

We are stagnating, we will not go forward with Wallace in charge even if he was given another 20 years.

I totally agree with you Ghost, but he said this week in the Sun that he had a plan. I think the plan is to take as much money out of the RFC as he possibly can and then segue into a nice cushy job in the media. At least today pretty much pulled out of the anti tank missile.
