Cleary elected unopposed.

Phil Cleary, and the other people on his 'ticket'
were last night elected unopposed, and unanimously
(as far as I could tell) as the executive of the
Coburg Tigers football club.

Phil is Coburg through and through, and has the best
for Coburg *and* Richmond as his goal. For the
first time since the affiliation, a high up Richmond
person is also representing the RFC (Greg Miller).

Now that there is someone with no other 'issues' running
the show, the players shouldn't have as many off field
distractions, and we might start winning a few more ... ;)

Will be interesting to see if the off field stability transfers onto the playing field.
Go Tigers.

(What were Coburg before they were Tigers?)

and before they were lions?

lion cubs ;D.

They were always known as the lions as far as I know, well at least for the last 30 years before they changed to the tigers when Richmond affiliated with them.
