The club should fast track some youngsters for development, even at the cost of a winnable game or so if necessary, in search of progression.

I've looked at the list in terms of height, weight, age, games played, draft order, probable departures etc.

There is a weakness in the 30-40 game area overall and younger ready talls.
We need to strengthen those problem spots.

IMO the priority players for fast tracking should be

Schulz ......22 games
Deledio ....22 games
Tambling ....22 games
Pattison....15 games
Meyer ........15 games
Hughes....10 games
Polo..........10 games
oakleys....10 games

Critiques welcome.  :)

:( Thoughts anyone?

Fast tracking is not going to work if we keep drafting the wrong type of players.
If you can not hit a target by foot or hand don't draft them.
And for all the players on our list who cannot its time to go.

Players should only be getting a game if they warrent a place in the side and if that means older players are getting a game so be it.
