Just asking everyone what their favourite game is of the past 10 years and why?

Mines either Richmond vs Western Bullbogs at the M.C.G in 2004 when Richo kicked 10 or Richmond vs Port Adelaide at the Telstra dome in 2005 and we came from behind kicking 12 unanswered goals and the crowd was going off!

so whats yours?

I loved round 21 2005 against the Hawks. I can still remeber standing in front of the TV shouting and ranting. It's games like those that I watch footy for. even with just a minute left I knew there was no way we were going to lose. It was also this game that confirmed to me that we were going to be OK after the shambles that was 2004. Sure we only beat Hawthorn who were just as bad as we were but we showed grit when it really counted.

2005 V Port..... that game had everything..... Richos 200th and kicking the goal after a speccy to put us in front.... Browny kicking 6 of the best..... 12 unanswered goals.....it was a defining moment for the new RFC. Previously if we were getting done that much at quater time, we wouldve fallen into a 100+ drubbing....and i was expecting it...but to watch SImmonds in the ruck...TUcky in the middle inspire this team to victory , to me, declared that in Wallace we had a great coach who could get his players to play for their jumper under any circumstance.

Took the words right out of my mouth.
I also think the following week when we flogged Carlton was pretty good too. Wasn't it 17 unanswered goals we inflicted on the blues?

I may be alone in this, but last years win against Adelaide, despite the tactics, was my best for a few years. Quite simply because I was expecting us to get flogged, to the extreme extent where I tipped against us >:( >:( >:( and so I got what I deserved.

The Hawthorn game, Mark Graham's last one, was pretty good too, as was Richo's 200th.

By the way, welcome tigerbeau...ripper of a name there ;)

The 1995 Second Semi Against the Bombers when we came from 30 points down at half time to win.

That Scotty Turner shirt front on O'Donnell is a memorable moment closely followed by his hit on Grenvold. Single handedly turned the Game did old Scotty.

I see 2005 V Port is getting lots of votes which really upsets me since I missed that game completely. Mainly commitments to an unsympathetic Melbourne supporting wife. :yellowno

My all time favourite RFC game - but alas not in the last 10 years any more.

Missing Richo's 200th ,thats cause for divorce an Im sure it would hold up in a court of law ;D

That would have to be one of my favorites too as well as watching the Port crowd leave at 3/4 time this year at AAMI.Browny's 5 last qtr goals against the pies in 05 would have to be one of the best atmosphere's I can remember, win in 05 against Brissy in Brissy was amazing,an the next win against the Saints will be owe so sweet

I went for that one as well Skybeau, walking in with Crows expecting a good win and me expecting to get beaten. The tactics were decried, but TW's use of them and the team carrying them out was an eye opener.

The game against the Hawks when we came back from so far down was also a beauty, along with the Port game.

Toss up between Hawks and Port game from 2005. I was at both and I'd never heard a louder roar than when Richo took that hanger!

Richo's 200th game for mine, however, the 2001 vs WB win at the dome by a couple of points for us to get into the 8 (and then top 8) was a heart stopper and a hard one to forget.

The best at the G would be the come back against the Hawks.

watching the big man kick 10 including 4 in the last quarter against the bullies was close to the most fun i've ever had at the footy...

second only to the '95 semi

would've been a shame if he had've finished his career without a double figure bag

My all time favourite as well.

But seeing as though it more than 10 years ago I will go with the game in 2005 against the Eagles.

It was a 2 point loss but that game was just so entertaining. That was a game how I wish all footy was played. Great game all around. Also the game after Brown broke his leg.

great game.

The Game we beat Hawthorn after getting close to 10 goals down in the 2nd qtr, it was on my birthday and Staff broke Everitt's cheekbone what a birthday!!
