At 30 yo now and with Brisbane moving to the bottom of their cycle I am sure the administration would love to somehow break the contract they have with Fevola. He's costing them almost $2mill over the next 2 years.

Police said there wasn't enough evidence to charge, doesn't mean it didn't happen.

Probably said it was hard to prove indecent exposure, seeing it was situated in its normal position, hanging off his head.
fev protested his innocence, given the above facts and he thought was a normal appendage position.

What a joke, the police decide that nothing is out of line but the AFL still want to hang Fev for something that has been cleared but they allow AFL players to leave the country while still under investigation for a much more serious charge!

I might be wrong but at the time Ben was deregistered by the AFL he had actually been charged by the police it was only after that the police dropped the charges.

The two situations are different.
