Agreed - the self review is the best bit. He'd be hoping like anything that the latest Fev scandel will be the trigger to get rid of him and hopefully have enough salary cap room to keep the other players.

Hope Fev gets off (not because I have any sympathy for him), as it will mean more turmoil for the lions to have to keep him.
 
Leysy knows Fev is a bonce. Leysy is also not usually up for conspiracy theories.

But agree with some posters that this is too convenient for Brisbane.

Think there may be more to this story behind the scenes than we're being told.
 
If Fev was on the turps then I can believe it. If he was sober then I don't think even Fev is that stupid.

Of course I haven't seen him with his kids, I'm sure he dotes on them like I do mine, but I'd suggest my mark is a lot closer than you think which is why possibly Mrs Fev packed them up and came back to Melbourne, to get them and herself away from him.

Besides whether this a setup or not as some are now suggesting, this guy is bad news IMO.

Cousins' drug use only affected himself and caused his family stress as they tried to help him beat his addiction.
Cousins hasn't assaulted anyone like Fev has, sexually harrassed women like Fev has, cheated on his wife like Fev has, etc, etc, etc

True that Voss has been a disaster but I thought it had already been annouced by the AFL that the Lions would get a draft pick at the end of the first round (to be used any draft in the next 5 years) as compensation for losing Rishitelli.

Have to agreed with other comments on this tread that Fev is the biggest moron I can ever remember playing AFL.
 
What the hell is this rubbish about police charging Fev for what happened at last years Brownlow?

So police sit on it for almost a year to the day and charge him when this other indecent comes to light?

I am all for Fev getting his right whack if he has done something but how does last year's Brownlow stuff up get rolled into this?

I agree all starting to sound a bit fishy why charge a guy a year later.

If true and it is all made up, I would guess Fev would be able to take legal action?
 
That would make more far sense Scoop.

No way in leysy's mind it could be what is being accused of in the circumstances we're being told.

Unfortunately for Brisbane who will do everything to make this stick.

It`s not for allegedly assaulting the women or whatever he was meant to have done to her at the Brownlow,it`s for the heinous crime of being drunk in a public place,there is a 12 month statute of limitation on that barbaric crime so the police have less than 2 weeks to "charge" him with it,that`s why the journo says "police are set to charge Fevola within days for last year`s Brownlow medal night incident".

Fev will receive a fine in the mail.
