Fev on 99

i would like to see him get it
i know you would golden........ as we all know secretly you are a mighty tigers supporter and this hawthorn thing is just a phase you are going through ;) :hihi

Fev stuck on 99 is like the Tigers stuck 2 pts outside the 8. Probably where they're at. Tiges rue the Dogs and Saints games, and I'm sure there were a few goals Fev should have kicked throughout the season that he didn't.

No problem with Hawthorns tactics...has Carlton ever gone out of it's way to help another player/team? Kernahan's famous quote as a board member "We are Carlton.....#%&@ the rest!" still reverberates in my ears.....

i dont like carlton and i dont really like fev but i felt sorry for him and was p!ssed off with the dawks for the tatics they pulled

What about the Carlscum tactics of abandoning their game plan (did they actually have one?) and just look for *smile* on every occasion to try & help him get to the 100??????? ::)

Why do people keep saying "he deserved 100"?. A lot of those 7 he kicked in the final game where assists from players who could have kicked the goal themselves.

Watching the game at the time I remember thinking, I hope he gets it - just for the theatre, but now I'm glad he didn't. Seeing him chasing harder than he ever has in any game in that final quarter proves how little of a team player he is.

The line of thinking that Hawthorn should have let him get his 100th is absolute crap! How does gifting him a goal acheive anything? Should he have been gifted 99 others? As someone else said would you gift a batsman on 99 an easy run? No!

He kicked about 70 odd points, i'd guess 6 or 7 out of bounds on the full and maybe a few that fell short. He had plenty of opportunites to get that 1 goal throughout the season.

It's just plain bad luck.

I think it was Daniel G (spelling??) an sirra cusa, whatever, was on SEN tonight talking about Fev

Something like, he actually was running and tackling, so every player must know how much Fev usually makes an "effort", not very often and only when it suits him I reckon.

Fev on 99?

i dont know what to think about this post   if its gold and funny if it serious   im quite surprised phant i thought u had just a bit more chivalry than that  like ive said before  if u hate the team and player dosent matter or not no need for stupid name calling etc etc  i dont like carlton and i dont really like fev but i felt sorry for him  and was p!ssed off with the dawks for the tatics they pulled , and remeber what if he was playing for us and this happend or was one of our players    just a shame last round of session  and could of had 2 players to reach 100 goals in a year    look out dawks  cause kama will get you

Normally I would show a player more respect.
In both the Cousins & the Newman cases, I felt concern for them rather than merely bagging them.

However, in Fev's case, he does it so regularly that one would infer that he really gets "a kick" out of playing the fool.
In every case, he does no harm to himself and therefore appears to be in total control of each and every time he makes a fool of himself.

That's fine by me. I can laugh along too.

In fact, I've taken the opportunity to laugh at most of what Fevola does.

Yes, he's lost himself considerable sums of money over his behaviour, but money isn't everything.
