A bit of a whisper:
West Coast are so desperate to get both Natanui and Rich they will offer Kerr,Hansen and 2 young kids for melb,s 1st rnd pick.

Maybe we could offer WC a pick for S. Selwood which they could ontrade to Melb in the Kerr/Hansen deal

or offer a player to Melb and we get Selwood in the Kerr/Hansen deal

That's the thing with Fev, he thinks peanuts grow on trees.

What a genuine tossbag. ;D

Yeah he is a peanut isn't he :hihi

He is milking all he can out of this contract stuff forcing up the price and getting some back on the Tankers as he already knows of at least 1 other club with definate interests

Yeah they are all a bunch of tossers agree :cutelaugh

West Coast / Carlton swap Fevola & Kerr (win both).
West Coast get Rich or the big Nat (depending on Melbourne).

West Coast are in the thick of it - this year is the 'recession they had to have'.

It's not a recession, make no mistake, this is tanking of Carlton-like proportions.

Round 20 at the G will be a very interesting game.

Call me a cynic. But whats so good about S.Selwood?
He could very well end up like his 2 older brothers.Good foot soldiers.
Id rather we chase Joel ;D

I have heard similar Capt, although not specifcally the two players you mention. Talk I have heard is that Mitch Brown would be part of any deal. Given Melbourne's defensive woes, I'd have thought that would be a trade that would make some sense.

I agree. People rate Scott like he is the next big thing. He was taken at what, pick 20, in what was conisdered a weak draft. He still has some way to go to prove himself IMO.

I'd only rate him so highly rght now if getting him was the key to getting all 4 of them to Tigerland.

Francis was very keen on Scott, and I trust his judgment
He looks like a big body inside mid (upgrade on Tuck) which is what we need (amongst other things)
plus it would partially make up for the McMahon trade and ease all our nightmares ;D

Hmmmm I don't think the Dees will give anything, Dean Bailey looks very much old school to me, tough nut who wouldn't give an inch, he appears to be no dummy so any deal would have to be spectacular.

With the new teams on the horizon, this trade period will be interesting to see if teams go out and trade more or hold onto their best picks?
