This is my first post so i apologise if this subject has been raised previously.
I attend every Richmond game in Melb and am very concerned about the overall physical development/fitness levels of our senior list.
It appears to be me that our staff in this area has remained unchanged since the Frawley era.
Can anyone expand on their background and time at the club?
Our players physical attributes seem disturbing when compared to other clubs.
