No idea if they are any good at their jobs, but:

Terry Condon is the Club’s new Conditioning and Rehabilitation Coach, replacing Warren Kofoed. He worked part time with RFC prior, and with Coburg.

Brendan Farhner has also joined the Tigers as Sports Science Assistant. He has just finished his honors project whilst working with Geelong.

ABOUT TIME!

I am very pumped for next season, it's scary how apparent our plan is off the field and how it's all slowly being locked into place.

Scary exciting! :clap

Sports Science assistant? certainly sounds impressive.
Good news that we are strengthening this area.

DD raised this one on an old thread and I borrowed the line but to paraphrase - there are 2 types of fitness guys - ex athletes who because of their background believe they are qualified to be fitness instructors, usually become boot camp trainers and at best have a personal training certificate.

The other is a qualified sports physiologist - a science based coarse. They guys are smart cookies who have the ability to plan, structure, evaluate and amend a 10 mnth of a year fitness regime. They are also able to get the data of the GPS units the players wear and use that information for future training. Not to mention there knowledge of world leading training methods.

Put another way - one is a DIY handyman, the other a structural engineer.

Well, are we building a shed or the Taj Mahal? ;D

with AIG pulling out I can only hope we have enough funds to erect more than a lean-to
