Accross a number of threads regarding the captaincy there is a real lack of consensus regarding candidates for our captaincy. Would the joint captaincy consept be a good way of encouraging leadership amongst a number of players and perhaps taking the presssure of an indivudual who is perhaps less than ideal in all facets of what an ideal captain might be?
