Miller should retain his post as a Director, and be given a corporate & supporter focused role. It's what he does best.
Sheedy should also be offered a post as a Director, through casual vacancy, and be given the role as Football Manager to shape the future strategies of the RFC.

(We agree again Claw. ;) )

I know that Greg has a close link to both Terry & Francis, and he co-ordinates well between both the coaching & recruiting departments, but in a corporate world both these two need to stand upon their own achievements. The key positions of our club need to a "meritocracy" not a "mate-ocracy".

As for Sheeds being coach? Nope.
Manager, yes, coach, no.
Time has passed him by.
I agree with Jackson's decision, although I still believe that instead of giving him notice, they should've elevated him to "Honourary Director for Life".

That would work for me. It important that Wallace be allowed to finish what he started. No harm in bringing Sheedy's unique perspective into the picture though. If Miller can stay on board as well, then well and good.

So, are we waking up from a 27 year nightmare or are we still dreaming?
Now didnt I have this very discussion with you 2 fine gentlemen sometime back over a Capacino,Latte an strong black ;D

You have an excellent memory, CCRider. I believe you were the latte.
