I haven't watched TFS by choice for years but someone staying here last night had it on. I reckon the Richo and Sam thing was contrived and they knew what they were going to do and say. All a beat up for the ratings. I loved the big fella joining in the frivolity of him celebrating his point so excitedly last week. He said as soon as he was told it didn't go through oh no I've made a real arse of myself again.

I didn't last till Street Talk, which I don't mind. The rest of the show bores me to tears.

i`m pretty sure sam sets those things up with the players every week.

he did it with daisy thomas last week,first he bagged daisy about not saying much the last time he was on then daisy bagged sam about something.

it`s all set up,well a lot of it anyway.

it`s all good fun and any richmond player,or opposition player, was always going to cop a bit after a drubbing like we copped last week.
 
if you didnt like last nights show you would never like TFS, it was one of the best in recent times imo

How can you not enjoy watching 2 hours of Richo? It's a good fun show and that's how it should be taken.

If you don't like it, change the channel and don't post about it.

The difference with the Carlton game is that every one is posting there opinion on the game they watched, some on here are posting negative comments about the footy show when they admit they have never seen one episode. Different logic I think.
 
It hasn't improved of late and given the way Lyon was cringing when some of the attempted jokes fell flat I suspect they are on notice.

I tape it so I only have to watch what gutter Snatchy has been hiding in this week and Street Talk.
 
personally i think it's starting to hit some form again after a couple of poor years, i even find sam a bit more tolerable now.

Life on Mars was done better in the UK anyway - and the entire series is available as DVD sets if you want it. Jeremy Sims much better as Sam Tyler. The series didn't seem to transport as well to american culture and times for some reason, but yeah JB, it's better than TFS if they are coth on the same time (we don;t get TFS until 11.30, after the TRS with the Fatman :P )
