Very comprehensive and takes a while but this is well done and worth the read.
Only really disagreed with the assessment of Conca.

I would just love to see a little more fight, grunt and team-centered approaches that are typified by Morris and Kingy for example. Liking the head over the ball intensity of Vlastuin and the newly-returned legend Foley, but having a few question marks over the team barometers Martin, Lids and Cotch?? The Tiges fortunes definitely ebb and flow with how well those boys get chopped out.
Questions:
* Captaincy effecting Cotch?
* Ivan carrying an injury, should we play 2 ruckmen?
* How to free Lids up?
* Is there a place for Arnot and McBean yet?
* Consistent team picks, does it equal consistent team performances?
* Should we aim to get games into the Eltons, Griffiths etc and see what they bring?

Give a couple blokes a go and allow the fellas who are struggling to go back and find some hunger and form.
