How anyone who barracks for a football team could seriously want this result astounds me.
Tanking has never won a premiership as it creates a loser's mentatility.
Play the kids if they are good enough or a definite viable option than an older player but dont concede.
The teams that have finished bottom for a period of a time and takenb advantage of a series of early draft picks in last ten years like Saints, Freo, Carlton, Richmond and Collingwood, none have won a premiership and only Collingwood really close.
Swans, Lions, Power, Sydney and to a lesser extent Adelaide have not done this and have done it through smart recruiting.

with our past draft history is doesnt make a difference if we get first or last draft pick. We'll still stuff it up and get a dud no matter what.

If there was any doubt before tonight, now there is none. We will have a very strong hand in this year's draft.

Can those esteemed junior watchers create a thread listing any noteworthy junior matches each week, as well as players to watch?

When are we as members (fully paid up & have been for 25 years) ever going to realise that until we rid ourselves of career coaches that know nothing about talent & footballers, we are going to be the easy beats of the competition for years to come.
I stayed for the entire game to see if any of our players have any pride & guess what ? no one does.
The coach is to blame because the players on the park are not good enough & the coach selects these players & sees talent in these players that aren't there...
Players like Pettifer, Tivendale, Hall, Hyde etc I could name more but what is the use ??
For all those loyal supporters out there who dislike Richmond members canning the club go & buy a pair of glasses that you can see clearly from & stop defending the undefendable!!
Can you believe we have just surpassed a record membership base at Tigerland, based on what performance ? we as supporters are a gullable lot but that's ok in some quarters, well not for me anymore... 26 years has been a waste of my time...
