I reckon we are a top 5 midfielder and top 5 forward (added to our current juniors) away from being on the verge of something substantial, the other gaps could be filled in the next few drafts. A priority pick this year would have got us there in one draft (two top 5 picks), however I think on current form that is now academic. Nevertheless we are on the right path and this year's form of our juniors and the Cotchin hype, may just about suggest there is hope. I don't expect finals before 2011, and only then will we be a propsect for sustained finals appearances.
 
It's a tough one.
Everyone likes winning, Might get 8-10 wins finish 10th-11th.

Start a tankathon and pick up the player we desperately need who I might add will change the game and also be the franchise player for the league.
