If every Tiger supporter had that attitude we'd be finished, bankrupt, kaput.

Would that make you happy craw????

Pathetic. ::)

I've been a member for 26 yrs & will continue to support my team.

Surely the wheel will turn sooner or later.

When people go on about playing more first gamers this year maybe they should actually look at who hasnt played a game yet. We only have 6 guys who havent played a game.

I think that's the sticking point with a few people though checkers. It's disappointing we don't have more kids thereabouts considering all our low ladder finishes setting us up to pick the eyes out of the draft.

But thats it, all the early picks have played. The only other top 30 pick we have that hasnt played is Rance and he is a first year key defender. Putt pick 51, Casserley 40, Silvester rookied, Gourdis PSD and Collins 73. All of the early picks have played, most are still playing except Meyer who is coming back from injury and JON.

I can understand people thinking Connors, Edwards etc. should have been given more games so far but they are 2nd year players, people seem to forget this.

Must have felt great today knowing you didn't have to endure watching you beloved Ealges getting flogged by a bunch of duds. ;D ;D ;D

Isn't Pell-pot one of our major ticket holders? His pleadings seemed to be falling on deaf ears mate. ;)

I think he must have been praying up a storm since reading this post though! Can you see the light, Devo, I can!

Well done to the Tiges on a good win, even though I suspect the Weagles may not have had their hearts in it.

For me, today gives an optimistic glimpse that lifts the shadow of life after Richo.

It actually looks quite rosy.

Best feature of today's win was the multi dimensional way into the forward line.

Without Richo there at all, best options were simply selected. It helped having a dominant midfield and great rebound off half-back (although the Eagles applied little pressure), but the ball movement forward was very good.

The challenge will now be to produce the style of play against Essendon (who have won four out of four) and then against the bench mark teams in Geelong and Hawthorn. Only the can we say that we've improved.
