What with Friday night become much more interesting than it would been without today's announcement , reckon this game might be a sellout?

I enjoy just rocking up each week with my grunt RFC membership .... but now I'm worried I might not get in without a reserve seat (which I hate needing to buy).

I enjoy just rocking up each week with my standard Richmond membership but now I'm worried I might not get in without a reserve seat (which I hate needed to buy).

Nah I doubt too many extra Richmond or dogs supporters will go, the dogs hate Wallace and his press conference won't mean diddly squat to most of them. Id expect no more than 50K to show up. Dogs numbers are down on last year too.

I'm like you. I avoid booking tickets at all costs and much rather just walking up with the memebrship.

I do it for all the 'sell-outs' and I never get turned away. In round 1 we almost had a whole bay of standing room to ourselves because so many people were scared off by reports they wouldn't get in.

In reality, you get in with a membership even if it's a sellout, you just don't get a seat.

Why are we playing at Etihad when it's our home game?
50k is pretty much a sellout isn't it?

Didnt we get a large attendance at the last tigers dogs game??

Yep, it was a tad over 46k.
Why we don't play our home games at the G when it is available doesn't make a great deal of sense, other than the AFL thinking the weather may potentially be poor. It's a winter sport if that is their reasoning, geez.

I reckon its *smile*! >:(

Why should we play at the Dome which will suit the Bulldogs more?
I would have preferred the 'G against them, as I reckon we have a better chance at doing them there than at the Dome.
Melbourne gave them a fright a few weeks ago at the 'G too.

We play much better on the bigger grounds.
Fair enough if it was an interstate team we were playing.

So IMO yes it will be a sellout.....
