It's about time someone did something about the farce that has been training at RFC. What a novel concept - actually practising kickouts and forwardline pressure! I'm sure that the former (coach?) has excuses as to why the boys didn't need to worry about such things as strategy, and the execution of... No wonder we've sucked for so long. At least Jade :clap is implementing some kind of structure and process that will make it easier for the development of a respectable gameplan which all players will understand (and their exact role within the team). Basic things, but required thinking that was way too far 'outside the square' for the salesman.
And agree with many of you about King and Royal. Sweet F.A. is exactly all I ever saw them do. I remember the training sessions I saw during the TW era and wondered how on earth they call this 'training'. I mean I remember doing a more stringent training session in PRIMARY School. So this is what it is like to a professional footballer!?! If they remain at the club beyond this year then God help me. Every minute that those clowns are around the club they are causing further damage by setting a poor example to the players. It's all a joke to them. They display no pride, passion, professionalism or committment to raising the standards of the RFC.
Surely the review will show that their bags need to be packed!
