Game Plan - Can somebody please explain?

Kicking it to a 3-on-1 last night when we had 3 and Carlton 1 also resulted in a loss.

How many times did we do that last night?

Schulz was on his own and kicked it straight to 3 Carlton players...Brown too!

And what about the previous 4 years. Wallace has been trying to teach them his game plane for at least 3 years. I reckon thats enough time to say the focus should be on him and how the players respond to him.
