Game plan

Sadly, our game plan (if one exists) will mean squat this week. The bottom line is we simply do not have the talent capable of mixing it with the saints. We will once again be horribly exposed. Let's talk about dal santo, ball, hayes, harvey, maguire, milne, reiwoldt, gehrig, etc etc. On what we saw friday night, who the hell do we have who will be capable of mixing it with these guys? Game plans will only take you so far. It's ability and talent that is most important in any situation. Get this and the game plan falls into place.

At the moment, we are flogging dead horses and expecting them to run the melbourne cup.

I must say,

I was shocked to watch video footage of our training during Terry's comments on tonight's news.

There was Hyde running out of the back line towards the wing, stayed out on the wing, and the ball wasn't brought back in until reaching the HF line.

This corresponds exactly with the way we play, year after year, season after season.
Exactly the way my diagram has it above.

We practice playing down the wing. I can't believe it! (Find me an icon of a face going off its head.)

How the hell are we supposed to play down or through the centre during match time, if we can't even practice it at training. If the ground is too small, find a bigger ground.

If anyone has gone to training recently, please tell me that when we practice full length ground play, that we go through the centre. Please!
