- Going forward we’re looking to create our own history and push for a final 8 berth.
- Terry’s been terrific. Very professional and a great organiser of people and great at the week to week planning that goes into a game helps both Gas and the whole side
- We learnt a lot from the Sydney game and to control the tempo our way. We got up by about 4-5 goals against Port and were able to maintain possession and put the pressure on them to man up while we still controlled the ball
- The Dees game is exciting. Wouldn’t have expected the situation after the Hawks game. Will be close. We’ve won our last couple and they’ve won 10 out of last 11 so are in red hot form. They’ve got a very experienced side with a lot of their players getting finals experience the last few years so they’ll be prepared for a big game
- Great test for a lot of our guys who haven’t played on a big stage. A good test to see where we’re at
- Dogs who flogged us on 9 wins us on 8, Sydney who flogged us on 8 as well. Saints on 8, Pies only one more win says a lot about he way we’ve developed our list. A lot more depth.

- Can change players but still continue to play good footy and win games. A testament to our list that’s growing and the style of play developing. The game the coach has wanted.
- Things are looking good and we’ve just gotta keep on going.

- We’ve had a couple of good games the last couple of weeks and the boys are pretty happy at Punt Road at the moment
- A few young blokes coming through at the moment and they just want tog et out there and try to keep their spot in the team and perform well while they’re there
- This year has been excellent for Richie. Had a strong pre-season and his body is pulling up pretty good this year
- Pretty happy to be getting more games than last year and a few wins along the way as well
- Was a bit skinny when he came down but obviously he’s put on a bit of weight and got a bit stronger which has helped his game a lot. Getting fitter has helped with everything
- Melbourne isn’t too bad. Doesn’t like the traffic. Lives in Preston at the moment.
- Should be a big crowd on Friday night. A great atmosphere. You can block it out a bit while playing but when you have a break you realise how big the crowd is
- Terry has been great. The whole club supported him when he came down and are still there for him and help him out.
- Terry’s given him a bit more opportunity on the ground and up the field a bit. Richie’s goal is to play midfield and he’s been given the opportunity to get up there a bit and get a few kicks.
- To claim a permanent spot in the midfield needs to get a bit stronger and when given chances to prove he’s worthy. He’s been told to go for it whenever he’s in there
- We’ve had our fair share of injuries but the younger blokes are starting to come up and perform and do their part in the team. All you need is 22 blokes contributing and that’s all we can ask for
