General Manager of Learning and Development - Jeff Bond

So Bond has been with the club for some 18 months and I see his specialty is "Mental Toughness". Given the above statement by the CEO that Bond was brought in to make the players mentally stronger and better able to perform at their optimum, based on what I've seen of the playing list over this period, I'd say he's failed BIG TIME on addressing these critical issues in the players and he should be told to go as well.

You may very well be right!

Article in todays Herald Sun written by Michael Horan, asking where Jeff Bond has been through all this. He wrote that he reckons Bond may have saved TW's butt, but that is pure speculation on Horan's part.

Still and all, just where is this highly paid psychologist and just what the hell is he doing to improve the "mental toughness" (his specialty) of the players etc, given he's now been with the club for 18 months.

Talk about invisable and I for one don't see any improvement in the players attitude come game day, perhaps it's time for Bond to be given the flick as well.

Roll on the Mid Year Review.
