1) contractual dispute with the shows producers by her "actor" over pay (the actor was not on the same money as they others)

2) Homer demanded the girls with the t-shirt guns shot one to him, they did, and took Maude out when he ducked, causing her to fall to her death
 
After no. 1 T74 - a pay dispute with Maggie Roswell who did her voice. She later returned to voice Maude in flashback scenes and other minor characters.
