Correct mate, when U.S. Secretary of State Seward in 1867 concluded the purchase of Alaska for $7.2 mill (about 2c an acre) from the Russian Czar who needed the cash was worried the Brits would pinch it off him.

Its illegal to smoke tobacco in establishments in Amsterdam, so hash bars can no longer allow tobacco smoking in their bars, even if the joint is a combination of tobacco and mj
