I remember that the loss of both these 2 boys, around that time, really upset the internal morale at Bomberland. A big reason why they had a fair gap between 1985 and 1993.

Mind you, by that stage Andrews had not recovered from a knee reconstruction, consequently lost his pace, so Essendon lost little in Andrews himself.
