I told Matt I didn't expect him to answer that one, I was just passing it on so he could have a laugh. His openess in his replies is so refreshing.

God I hope so. He was a champion for a first year draftee but if he doesn't improve from that level for the whole of his career he's going to be a bit of a disappointment.

If you're talking about him playing his first game this week, someone has already posted that White and Staff will be in, Brown has not come up. The thread was of course merged into the one speculating about possible changes and lost its entire meaning. Maybe I misunderstood the thread but I am betting White will play. I say again:

I don't see how the thread was any different to the original one so merged them.  They were both about who will be in and out this week and there was nothing to indicate the second one was an official statement rather than opinion.  As such it didn't warrant a separate thread.

I fully expect the official team announcement to include a first gamer just the same.

Great stuff. Matty has got footy player written all over him. Great photo of the family with Tommy. Great answers to the questions too, like the profile answers in the Record when I was a kid. Fav car: Ute, Fav food: Mums lasagne, all he needed was ‘fav book: formguide’ and would have been a full house!

Sorry Rosy, wasn't meaning to sound like I was complaining about merging. I don't like merging on the WHAT THE JOURNOS SAY board because I feel it makes it almost impossible to see whether somethings already posted, but having said that I don't really care that much.
