Give it up Walla$e you need to go

I know some are saying Sheedy but I beleive hes past it.
If we really want to go forward and be a power we need LEIGH MATTHEWS.

No, someone contemporary and hungry = nathan Buckley

How would Wayne Campbell, one of the "leaders" of our Golden "DAFFY ERA", get the respect of our players? Was he a champion AFL footballer or something? Fair dinkum, who really wants to get started comparing players who command immediate respect. Water Closet doesn't enter the debate on any level.

I'm not convinced Al Clarkson was a champion player. That said I'm not convinced Soupa is the man for the job. Bring on the FIATJAM.

If Campbell takes over we might as well all go into hibernation until the middle of next decade.

Buckley would be OK, but he'll take over Malthouse and Fat Arse has him covered.

Clarkson was the type of player who would headbutt you if you didn't look him in the eye! At least he was a hard nut! That'd get my respect.

For all of those that are defending the coach..."he's not out n the park", ask yourself why the best coaches earn more than the best players in the competition......ask yourself if the coach's role is so inconsequencial to the result of a match, why bother seeking the very best coaches when any old hack can handle training?

People that believe our coach of the past four years is not to blame (responsible) for an effort such as tonight...., well ::)

agreed...... you only have to take a look at what Gus Huddink did to the socceroos.....and Sth Korea....in terms of confidence, motivation and playing out of their skins.we weren't spose to compete with the rest of the world and we almost go through to a semi final world cup. Ok different game but get the right coach and the team plays for each other and the coach.......I sadly think that our players do not play for terry wallace........he must go... >:(

Wallace has had a fair go as coach. But, sacking him after one loss is not the answer. Work the lazy bastardo until at least August is much better. That way we can gather some media hype until he is finally sacked. It's good for marketing.

I cant see us beating the Pussies or the Dogs. So more than likely we will have no wins after 3 rounds.
Nothing has changed and we cant afford another bad season.
Get rid of Walla$e and replace him with Hardwick or Matthews thats what we should be looking at right now and not waiting till the end of season. I have heard that Carlscum may even replace Ratten with Matthews if Carlscum dont perform well this year.
So the longer we wait to find a replacement may result in Matthews or Hardwick not being available.

The man has implemented a gameplan based on precision skills with a team that has none. He and his cronies recruit skinny half back flankers to implement the plan.

There has been no obvious improvement in skill level or decision making over his tenure. He has had 4 years and we have gone nowhere whilst other clubs have shot past us. He has to be held responsible for this.

The fact that we played one new player last night is a joke....he and his match committee obviously think that the side that ran around last year is good enough and has enough improvement in them to take us to the finals.

He may not be out on the park, but he has been there long enough to influence who is on the park.

Wa$$ace should have been sacked after 3 seasons. More than enough time to put your stamp on a club. Of course Richmond didn't have the balls to make that tough decision and now we're paying the price.

Matthrews would be the logical replacement. A coach with an impeccable record. A coach who command instant respect at the club. Unfortunately he is only a 5% chance of resuming his coaching career. (his own words) Maybe if we offered him a Devine Homes Mcmansion in Melbourne he'd reconsider his position? One can only hope.

And please no more talk of the Sheedy option. I believe his time is past. Keep him on for his marketing skills by all means. In that area he's a genius.
