It's a wonderful part of the world to live and a wonderful age to be. Any younger and I would probably have trouble remembering any Tiger premierships. As it is I can remember 73,74 and 80. Was around for 67 and 69 but surprisingly I don't really remember much of those. I feel sorry for those poor people in their 20's.  ;)

while you're at it, feel sorry for people in their 30's too. i was born in 1975. guess what year i chose richmond as my footy team? 1981.

So you're our bl00dy problem then Ian ;D  Wanna Blues membership? ;)

I'm 31 and feel sorry for myself all the time...ahh, the beauty (for you) of being old...

31! It's all down hill from there. You're about to find out why elite sportsmen and women retire in there mid 30's. I feel even more sorry for you now. ;).

Me? I've come to terms with all the aches and pains but it took a while I can tell you.

Am 36 and all those footy injuries I never thought I had, are coming back to haunt me. :pop

It's a rude awakening getting older when you still feel 10 years younger.

LOL, wait until you are 45 plus ;D- it gets worse, as evidenced by my *smile* weak efforts in two Legends games, closely followed by my first knee injury >:(

Good stuff by Greg. THought he dealt with the email from the guy at Rutherglen quite well. Saying if he wanted to give GM a call, he would explain the culture to him. With Greg, you know he's being genuine. He's very open and approachable which is great to see from a modern day footy administrator.

Cheers for the link. Positive stuff - as you would expect and good to hear nevertheless.

Six weeks away was mentioned.

As for the age debate damn but do I feel old. It was only last year that I could still claim to be in my thirties. Those days are gone though :'(

Feel better now, I always blamed myself born in 76 followed tigers for the first time during the 1982 gf. Not good is it.
