New proposed Gold Coast club has put forward their new claim for draft concessions.
In essence 20 of the first 24 picks but 10 have to be traded (at market value), gives them early picks and up to 10 ready made players to start with as well as the cream of youngsters from Qld and NT
GC want picks 1-5 and 10-24
with picks 6,7,8, & 9 to go to the bottom 4 clubs
