This just popped up on my youtube suggestions. .. for anyone interested.

Some yank fella who has a podcast over there, on a zoom call with Ms O'Neal. .... she's great Peggy. ... zero ego.... wish she wasn't going when her term expires. Hope whoever gets the gig is as passionate and humble as she is.

That's it, aoc. O'Neal is genuine, sincere, modest and intelligent. Has been a real diamond for RFC and deserves absolutes kudos for her behind the scenes guidance and has provided such a steady hand across the landscape that makes RFC.
Reckon she and Gale have a wonderful, almost symbiotic, relationship.
I will be disappointed to see her depart, but what a pleasure it has been having her board for this greatest of rides.

Coach Donnie comes across as a total brown nose, greasing up like a porn star.

Peggy comes across brilliant though, simple down to earth sincere Tigerlady.

And to think that she was the accidental president due to a deadlock in the vote for president on the board.
has been brilliant. No doubt she will have a strong succession plan in place. I understand that it will be Emmet Dunne who will be next prez.

Would. Be an astute choice too , good man with good credentials with his senior management roles within vic police , alas Peggy leaves a huge pair of shoes to fill, she has played a significant role in the RFC being in the pre eminent position we now find ourselves

She is an exceptional person and leader. Have heard her speak 3 times now at conferences and is the most humble person.

If the AFL werent the boys club that it is (and will remain), she'd be at the top of the list to join the Commission.

The RMIT role is another important gig - well done Peggy.

Peggy's got a new gig at RMIT. Don't think it means much for her role at Richmond but she's obviously in high demand

That is a pretty serious level of recognition there. To be appointed a Chancellor of a University. Well done Peggy.

Chancellor's fulfill a largely ceremonial role, but they are appointed in part to promote the institution and inspire those who attend.

When I graduated years ago, the Chancellor of the University I attended was Fred Chaney. All of the students looked up to him because his leadership was phenomenal. That rare breed being a Liberal leader with a strong sense of social and specifically indigenous justice.

He presented me with my degree and spoke to me after the ceremony.

To be acknowledged by someone who I so greatly respected made it the proudest moment of my life.
