I am a Richmond member, Melbourne Storm member and Wests Tigers member.
The Storm sent me a membership card, a pin and nothing else. Missing the lanyard along with other promised extras.
Wests Tigers sent me a lanyard and a hat. No $180 jersey that I paid for. I also got a letter stating membership cards will be sent later ??? They did this to me last year, and ended up sending me the wrong card that didn't give access to the stadium I wanted. They ended up making the original card invalid and sent me a new 1, 3 weeks into the season. This was overly helpful given I attended R1 and had to pay to get in on top of already having paid my membership.
Richmond, for all the complaints about what we get - Richmond sent me EVERYTHING that was promised.
It could be worse guys.
