well i dont think that is bagging him...when i say bagging i mean some of the ways people speak on here about their team...i am a tiger thru and thru and i dont think you will ever hear me be nasty about any player...i just question the attention foley is getting...

I think Foley is a great player and has a good potential at Richmond, and oh how he runs!! But I agree with Ronnit how sometimes he out does himself...but he is still a good player!!
didn`t deserve to be AA,simply because he played in the bottom team.
also the selectors reward players for successive years of playing well.
so this year is like putting something in the bank for foley.
he was stiff not to win the B+F but richo`s dominated for 15 years and only just won his first.
so foley can`t feel to hard done by after only playing well for 1 season.
as for brownlow votes,he only played in 3 winning games.
umps will naturally go for the team that won if it`s a close call.
so really you shouldn`t expect anything like brownlow votes or All Australian if you finish stone motherless last.
foley is a super player and we are very lucky to have him.
most clubs in the league would love to have such an explosive player who wins so many centre clearances,they are like gold in today`s game.
he gets plenty of the ball and his disposal is pretty good i think.
sure he turns it over sometimes but so does every midfielder in the comp,i`d much rather have foley having a bloody go and making the odd mistake than players who have 10 times his natural ability like tambling and meyer who seem tentative and afraid to make mistakes.
