PUNT ROAD END | Richmond Tigers Forum

I heard Greg Denhan with KB this morining as I do most mornings. The bloke drives me nuts. Firstly, I don't rate much of what says but still I sit through his drivell.

Now I don't know who he barracks for but he seems to know an awfull lot about Carlton and sticks up for their TPP, Vissy their crook President, Judd etc all the time. He even went on the record at the start of this year saying Judd would make Carlton a 12 goal a game better side in 2008. When challenged by a few callers he revised this down to 8 goals per game better with Judd. Think they would of won the flag if they were an 8 goal better side in 2008. In the last few weeks he has said the tankers could fit Kerr, Wornock, Judd, Fevola and Stevens easily under their cap and still possibly have room for O'Keefe. When questioned he said it all comes down to superior list managemnet.

Also, he has a real problem with the Tigers. Hasn't said a good word about us all year. The guts of what he has said about Richmond in the last two days is the following-

-Meyer is not an AFL player and never will be. Bit harsh on the bloke I would think and a gratuitous put down and cheap shot.
-Tigers are maxed out on our cap and need to trade players out to get players in. Is this true and how can it be if it is
-Royal was leaving and may not be replaced because we are reducing our coaching department due to budget concerns???? I thought we were expanding.
-We still have not signed a sponser and could be in trouble. I thought we were about to annouce a new major sponsor and handy profit for 2008? What is the truth?

Now either he is a tool with an axe to grind against the Tigers (which would be typical of a scum supporter but pretty unprofessional for a journalist) or he is correct and there is bad news to come out of Tigerland. Anyone have an answer?
