We should be targetting a young ruckman if the big names aren't available.
The young guy Wood from Brisbane might be worth looking at

Make that HAS been looked at ;)

Is that HAS or IS being looked at?

It means that there HAS been some 2 way discussion with Wood already....the feelers have already felt if you get my drift.

And which way is Wood likely to drift?

All I know is that with Charman and Leuenberger with McDonald as back up, Wood sees that he may not get much a of a look in over the next few years and would be willing to consider a club presenting greater opportunity. His preference is to stay where he is but won't rule out a move if the club continues to show a prefernce for a Charman and Leuenberger combo....that's what I've heard anyhow.

Look its great to have Claw back but putting Claw in charge, hmmm, it would be like putting guy Fawkes in charge at Canberra. You'd get a really great bonfire which everyone would just love, but afterwards.....

While I think about it why don't we have a little competition re comparisons (nothing personal please :police: ). I'll start ;D

Putting Claw in charge at Richmond would be like putting:
......................Charlton Heston in charge of gun control.
......................Scientoligists in charge of the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme
......................Klu Klux Klan in charge of Aboriginal Affairs
......................Archbishop Pell in charge of Stem Cell Research
......................Paris Hilton in charge of driver training
......................The Greens in charge of fiscal policy
......................Danny Frawly in charge of coaching & Greg Beck in charge of recruiting :'(
