Don't think he has actually had many soft tissue injuries, feel free to correct me. I know his shoulders have been suss, and he had a nasty concussion early this year, but soft tissue injuries???

Alarm bells. Just cannot get on the park. Gumbleton like.
He has struggled to get on the park but hardly Gumby who had operation after operation .

Griff had shoulder surgery and has had no problems with his shoulders this year. I think he had some sort of soft tissue injury early in the year, then a couple of concussions and now the calf.

Hurley is a better example injury wise this year . He continually has had soft tissue issues.

Funny situation this one. I remember he tweeted that he was only taken off as a precaution when he first sustained this injury. Now it's turned into 3 weeks on the sidelines. That's either a hell of a precautionary measure isn't it?

Aside from that, as long as it ain't the shoulders I'm not that concerned moving forward.

that's true but if it turned out to be a calf strain then 3 weeks is not unusual.

Would prefer he didn't get injured at all of course.

Calf injuries have a habit of recurring if rushed. Give him all the time he needs.

My question is why was he named against Gold Coast and flew up with the team? He then misses the next 3 matches??
Obviously was never going to play so why the deception....

Gee Gumbleton looks very good when up and running !

Exactly.

Personally I'm more worried about Grimey's ability to get on the park.

At least with Griff he is doing differnet body parts.

Grimey's had his spine and hammy injected with calf blood. He'll come back fit firing and snorting and maybe sporting horns.
