Yep got a bit of a touch up from Zephy Skinner.

Had a worse outing than Jayden today imo.

Kicked 2 goals didn't he Skinner? And was one from that ridiculous ruck call? If he gets touched up like that every week he will be just fine.

He's going ok. If Chaplin comes, there's little doubt he'll go forward. He's been good as far as I'm concerned. Griffiths is tall, quick and skilled. We just need to give him time and patience and he'll be a player.

He's got to get fitter and more resilient to the knocks that a player gets at this level, but I wouldn't be casting him aside just yet. 198cm players of his ability are hard to find.

Post is way more up against it in my view.

Had 10 1%ers (which for him would be largely spoils) to Posts donuts... says it all really about where Post is. Griff didn't have a good game really, but he's going alright in an apprenticeship year.

Some of Zeph's goals were a bit lucky, can't get carried away with that. What is inexcusable is how little Griff gets involved in the rebound

Got lead to the ball all day. And struggled body on body. For a big man, he goes to the contest and the slightest contact puts him out of the contest. Like a 200cm Nahas.

And just doesn't run at all when we are on the rebound. Never ever gets ahead of the ball. Massively over rated on PRE.

Yep to all that.

Re: Griffiths Injury?

He finished the game on the field, hopefully he's right for the remainder of the season.

He still has plenty to learn but this year has been really important for him. Still reckon 2014 is his year when he has a genuine breakout year. Next year I expect some further development but still a tad to raw atm.

just read he wasn't 100% going into the game.
Why in the hell do we feel the need to play guys injured all the time ???
