Guess what? Next week we play another AFL side!

What are your expectations of the Dees this year Interested

I expect them to be fighting out for the bottom few positions - but that said I expect an improved performance based on last year. I like the way the new coach operates - however I just don't think he has the cattle this year. Give the younger guys one or two more years to develop (Bailey is regarded as a supreme developer of young talent), and the mid-range players like McLean and Sylvia the chance to cement themselves and take up leadership type roles as players like Neitz and White slowly make their way out.

I reckon 7 wins out of the 22 games isn't out of the question - it just depends on how Bailey's game plans come up against the others.

I was there last night and I agree that we were appalling, but if we had won we would play another side next week and as it is we lost and we play another side anyways.

Don't get all griefstricken over not being in the NAB cup anymore. It doesnt matter. We play next wek regardless.

Look for improvements, changes etc, dont beat yrselves up cos we arent in the NAB cup.
i like your thinking sixpack.
it`s good to read something positive.

It was basically st kilda reserves vs richmond near full strength.

Absolute embaressment. The NAB cup means nothing but even so, that was just another disgraceful performance among many.

The lack of skill, poor gameplan and plain dumb football has not changed.

Yep.

vs Melbourne on Friday night. See this.

"It would be great to see 10,000 here under lights on the night to cheer on some of the best AFL footballers in the country".
Are we playing in the curtain raiser?

Hope theypack their flippers and snorkels and that not for snorkelling on the reef, its dead set Noahs Ark conditions in FNQ right now

would be a great trip

watch the tigers
have a dive on the reef
enjoy a nice grilled barramundi and a chardonnay
some prawns and crays of course
squeeze in some croc spotting on the daintree river

money well spent
