I can't put my hand up I'm afraid. My gut feeling was we would be thrashed yet again.
Wrong, wrong. I was there, I saw it and still don't believe it. Almost did not go, suffering from some awful virus I picked up in Queensland, but thought what the hell, not raining, let's go and give some support to the boys.
We won against all the critics who quite rightly on form gave us no chance. Most on here if they are honest did not think we could win, either. Come on now, be honest. Who really thought we would win against the second best team in the competition??
Who cares anyway, we not only won, we won all day. Think I'm correct in saying we were not headed at any stage. Richo has to be one of the greatest heroes of this club. Alan (Bull) Richardson should be very proud of his son.
Now I will stop coughing, have a hot toddy and head off to bed. Look forward to the replay on Fox during the week, so I can relive the glory.
