Saw an article in The Age this week about Cartoon adopting Choppers slogan. I think that given hardness would not seem to be our strong point, we should adopt a similar concept.

Rather than, though, base it on gimmicky incidents like The Bloos, I suggest we base it on actual weak efforts .. eg. fail to chase, short-steps, don't shepherd etc etc.
For the first "winner" I would revert back to an old drill I did in the U/14's. Two players facing each other 30 metres apart. Ball placed on the ground in between them. Coach blows the whistle. First to the ball ... you quickly find out those that take short steps.
