Don't know whether this is the appropriate board, but just saw that a Brumbies rugby player Shawn Makay died today after being hit by a taxi and falling into a coma - he never regained conciousness. Terrible situation, and heartfelt condolences to his family, but it goes to show how lucky Graham Polak is to be alive and healthy, let alone playing afl at the top level again!
