Start with the Australian Consulate - give them a call and look at their website..

Consulate is the right move. The first two Grand Finals I watched in Singapore were at the Australian Consulate. Don't take no for an answer (at the same time don't get stroppy with them), they get a live feed and you can bet most of the consulate staff will be watching the match.
