If we have any brains to just simply yell out "WE HAVE DECIDED TO TAKE CUZ" then other clubs won't take him and it won't cause a furore.

If we don't say anything, then any club would take him before us.

It's the same as a player stating who they DON'T want to be picked by.

It's been too obvious we wanted him at pick 6 not 7.

I heard about that, apparently one of Port's major sponsors contacted the club late yesterday and offered big cash if the club were to take Cousins, the only problem is they've already promised to take J. Carr.
