PUNT ROAD END | Richmond Tigers Forum

I dont barrack for the Lions and didnt barack for Fitzroy - but I think alot of people felt like me when they left - like it was a death in the family: I really felt for the Roy supporters. It was heartbreaking and I didnt enjoy us beating them in their last Melbourne game (wouldnt have enjoyed losing to them either, mind you). It was the true end of the 12 tribes / true end to VFL.

The Brisbane Lions are wearing the true Fitroy jumper this weekend (or at least the one most of us remember that way) for the first time since that emotional farewell against Fremantle.

My question is - Does anyone else feel a little tingle down the back of the spine to see the Royboys run out again? I do: infact if it were in Melboune (and I were in Melbourne) I would go to see them, just to see the Fitzroy Jumper play again and live on.
