It's been a long, long time coming but you can now watch all live games into the UK via the www.afl.com.au website.

Streaming and quality is amazing. Well.... it is the same as the BBC website watching the tennis, but for the afl website it is like landing on the moon. I guess this is all due to Setanta collapsing.

For once I will give the AFL a big wrap, this is great. But it still poses the question: what took you so *smile*ing long?

Bye bye aussiesports TV, you horrible, pathetic, over-priced, underperforming donkeys.

Now I get to watch Adelaide smash us live. I'm excited!

For the benefit of UK readers, it obviously doesn't like the adverts at quarter time as it has cut out?

Thought I wrapped up the afl a bit early, however it has restarted after 2 - 3 mins.

Streaming and quality is amazing....errr, no, streaming and quality is barely passable, digital TV is amazing. But then again what would I know, Im still stuck with the donkeys.

Tried to watch the Geelong v St Kilda game with the donkeys tonight, surprisingly its still not up.

Geez I hate em, what a scam they run.

Quality of the streaming really poor today. Knew I wrapped them too early.

Only played selected games last week (no Tigers) and now every game this week? Typical AFL, WTF is going on?

Thought I would let our other international posters know they've now added Ireland, USA and Canada to the live service. (not sure how to change thread title?)

However for some reason you (I) can no-longer choose the stream quality so the picture isn't nearly as crisp as the first time it came on a few weeks ago. Thet seem to have disabled the quality button. That's pretty lame AFL, lift!

Any of you IT savvy pre'enders know a way I might get around this?

Elmer, I'm watching the game through AFL.com at the moment and the streaming is very good. Perhaps it's something your end?

Can you access the quality button on the bottom of the player?

I haven't changed my settings since the first time. Not sure why it has changed?

The 'streaming' is ok, no buffering etc, it is just the quality of the picture. Yours sounds good by the sounds of it?

I'm not all that cluey on this stuff if you hadn't arleady noticed. :help
