How did Simmo look on the weekend?

Nice to see some people finally coming around in here...........an embarrassment to all AFL players who have ever pulled on a jumper. Wouldnt get a kick in the Ovens&Murray magoo's comp.

Luke Darcy I think commented that Simmonds is losing his feet a lot at the moment.

Its a sign he is finished IMO. As blokes get older their core strength starts to drop and they find it hard to hold their feet in the contest.

Simmonds looks old.

He is horrible....cant time his jumps at the centre bounce, fumbles almost everytime the ball is on the ground and when he gets it, gives off to blokes who aren't looking. Without looking at the stats, he also seems to give away a hell of a lot of frees at ruck contests.

Surely he wont be offered a new contract.

face the facts, no good at melbourne, no good at freo, but we give him a 5 year deal, its christmas in he simmonds house all year round.
ive never seen a guy drops so many marks, stafford was a god compared to him.

Has gone for one year to many.
Need Gus back in for next week with Patto or a kid to back up.
Simmo can earn his last few paycheques at Coburg helping the big ranga or high def develop their ruck work.

Dreadful. To play like that after allegedly trying to get rid of the coach was simply pathetic.

I am just trying to work out why he was behind getting rid of Terry??

He's getting a game under Terry, a new coach is going to delist him.

Does he actually care about our club and want to see it be successful??

Agree Wayne, although trying to work this all out will do your head in.

Doesnt look interested.

Yep, that was my take on his game. He didn;t have anything like the energy and intensity we knew in season's passed. This week's events have stamped his brain it seems - may even be better not to play him at all - otherwise this could rub off everywhere!
