Forget the Hall incident for a moment how did Travis Gaspar get off his charge. :

From the video it appears he may have elbowed McGregor to the face. The tribunal in there moment of madness have concluded that it was an instinctive act of self-defence. On the video I cant see McGregor doing anything to provoke Gaspar.
Did anyone else see anything different?
